1. Overview
The FBCD series explosion-proof, extraction-type, contra-rotating axial flow local ventilation fan (hereinafter referred to as the ventilation fan) is a new generation of versatile and energy-efficient local ventilation fans developed and produced based on the summary of the structure and technical performance of existing domestic contra-rotating axial flow fans. It addresses the needs of some coal mines to extract and exhaust gas and dirty air (methane concentration not exceeding 3%). The ventilation fan is mainly used in areas with the risk of methane gas explosion and can be used for medium and long-distance ventilation in coal mine mining faces.
2. Product Features
The ventilation fan features a reasonable structure, complete specifications, high efficiency, significant energy saving, low noise, and long air delivery distance. It can achieve normal air delivery without moving the ventilation fan within a roadway length of 2000m, reducing labor intensity and saving ventilation time. It is an ideal equipment for local ventilation in coal mines.
