The FKZ and FKCDZ series mine ventilation fans are high-efficiency, low-noise ventilation equipment independently developed by our company for use in non-coal mines. To meet the ventilation needs of mining operations and ensure that the fans operate in a high-efficiency range at all times, our company offers personalized designs with various hub ratios, such as 0.40, 0.45, 0.50, 0.54, and 0.62. The fans are available in single-stage (FKZ) and counter-rotating (FKCDZ) types, and can be equipped with multi-speed motors or variable frequency motors.
Features of the ventilation fans:
1. Employing airfoil twisted blades, aerodynamic design based on three-dimensional flow theory, resulting in high aerodynamic efficiency.
2. Wide performance range and complete specifications and models to meet various resistance and airflow requirements.
3. The ventilation fan characteristic curve has no hump, suitable for multi-unit combined operation.
4. Direct-drive transmission between motor and impeller, ensuring good overall stability, easy installation, and simple maintenance.
5. Compact structure, strong resistance to explosion shock waves, suitable for installation above ground or underground.
6. Capable of direct reverse rotation for reverse airflow, with a reverse airflow rate exceeding 60%, eliminating the need for reverse airflow ducts.
7. Low operating noise; further noise reduction can be achieved with the addition of a silencing device.
