This system consists of FBD series explosion-proof, pressure-in, contra-rotating axial flow local ventilation fans, Y-type airflow reversing devices, fixed frames, and BPJ series explosion-proof and intrinsically safe frequency converters for coal mine ventilation fans, among other units.
2. System Function Overview
The intelligent local ventilation system for mines is a closed-loop control system. Its main function is to determine the amount of air supply through parameters collected by underground sensors and underground substations, avoiding the "one-size-fits-all" air supply phenomenon of existing local ventilation fans, thereby solving the problem of on-demand air supply for local mine ventilation. Based on safety and energy-saving requirements, the system uses a control system composed of a PLC and a frequency converter to control the fan speed in real time, achieving real-time early warning, human-machine dual control, on-demand air supply, and disaster prevention and mitigation. This makes local mine ventilation and automatic gas discharge efficient and safe, reducing gas accidents and saving energy.
