Public Notice Regarding the List of Provincial-Level Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprises to Be Cultivated for 2025–2026

To further enhance the national demonstration enterprise cultivation system for intellectual property rights, based on the evaluation results of enterprises applying to become national demonstration enterprises for intellectual property rights, we propose including 60 enterprises—such as Shanxi Jinbo Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd.—on the list of provincial-level enterprises to be cultivated as intellectual property rights advantage enterprises for the period 2025–2026 (among these, 30 enterprises—including Shanxi Jinbo Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd.—have already been recommended to participate in the demonstration project for national demonstration enterprises for intellectual property rights from 2025 to 2027). This list is hereby made public, with a公示 period from October 27 to November 2, 2025.
Any organization or individual with objections to the proposed candidates should submit written comments and supporting documentation to the Intellectual Property Utilization Division of the Provincial Intellectual Property Bureau within the public notice period. If the objection is submitted on behalf of an organization, it must be stamped with the official seal of the organization and include the name and contact information of a designated representative. If the objection is submitted in an individual’s name, it must be signed by the individual himself/herself, accompanied by a photocopy of his/her ID card and contact information. Objections not submitted in accordance with the above requirements will, as a general rule, not be accepted.
