Notice on Approving the Establishment of 11 Yuncheng City Technology Innovation Centers, Including the “Superhard Materials Tools” Center

To the Science and Technology Bureaus and Science and Technology Innovation Centers of each county (city and district), the Industrial Development Department of the Yuncheng Development Zone Management Committee, and all relevant units: In order to improve the science and technology innovation platform system, guide high-quality development, and foster new drivers of productivity, and in accordance with the provisions and requirements of the “Administrative Measures for the Construction and Operation of Yuncheng City’s Technology Innovation Centers” (Yunshi Kefa [2025] No. 8), and based on recommendations from relevant units, we hereby approve the establishment of 11 Yuncheng City Technology Innovation Centers, including the “Superhard Materials Tools” Center (list provided in the attachment).

Each technology innovation center must closely align with our city’s industrial development strategy, deepen the integration of industry, academia, research, and application, strengthen the R&D of cutting-edge leading technologies and key common technologies, and provide robust support for the industry’s transformation and upgrading toward the mid- to high-end. In terms of operation and management, it is essential to refine institutional frameworks, expand cooperation, and pool resources to provide the core driving force for our city’s high-quality transformation and development.
